Refund Policy

All service bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. To ensure availability for all guests, rescheduling may be allowed only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments that are missed or requested to be changed within 24 hours of the appointment time will be forfeited.

Pet Policy

No one loves animals more than the KUKU team. For that reason, we do not permit pets on the premises for safety reasons. Our establishment features charcoal and wood-fire ovens, open flames in several areas, and heated spa rooms. These can pose potential hazards to animals. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly maintain a strict no-pets policy. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Children’s Policy (12+)

At KUKU Spa, we welcome guests aged 12 and older to participate in all spa activities — including the Temazcal ritual, pools, sauna, and steam room — provided they are accompanied by an adult. This policy is in place to ensure a serene and safe environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and respect of our spa guidelines.
